The Success of smile line dental care under the supervision of Dr Elhage has been driven by an unending commitment to ethical and quality care, motivated towards achieving our philosophy of excellence in dentistry with a passion for dentistry. Dr Elhage started smile line dental care in 2000 from a small dental surgery in Restwell Street, Bankstown.

Dr Elhage grown this family oriented practice to a larger clinic, still situated on Restwell Street. The clinic is set up with state of the art dental equipment true to reputation. Dr Elhage has grown over the last thirteen years servicing more than 8000 patients.

Our aim is to establish family oriented practice with a long term view. This will be done by commitment to excellent service through personalised honest, ethical and informed care.

Dr Nasser Elhage - Principal Dentist

Practicing Since 2000

Dr Elhage is a cosmetic dentist with a passion for all facets of dentistry and patient care. 

Dr Elhage has performed procedures in Cosmetic, endodontic, restorative, orthodontic and surgical & implant dentistry.

Dr Elhage has trained under renowned orthodontist, Dr Derek Mahony (full face orthodontics) and brilliant Prosthodontist Professor Dan Brener (Brener Implant Institute)

Dr Elhage academic career spans over many years, graduated from the American University of Beirut (A.U.B.) with a Bachelor in Pathology.  His commitment to research led him to gain a Masters in Physiology (A.U.B.).

This was followed by a PhD from The University of Sydney, investigate different model of experimental heart failure.

He joined the Cooperative research centre for cardiac technology at Royal North Shore hospital. His fellowship included work on surgical and pharmacological treatment modalities for experimentally induced heart failure. 

His commitment to clinical work got him to enrol at The University of Sydney (faculty of dentistry), where he graduated with honours. From that point, he lived by the principle “service above self”, and has worked tremendously in giving the best treatment to his patient.

Dr Elhage is deeply committed to staying on the leading edge of dental technology and therefore considers continuous professional development through post graduate education and hands on training a priority. This leads him to attend various courses and conference locally and overseas.

Dr Sarah Kara-Ali

Dr Sarah Kara-Ali joined Smile Line Dental Care team in 2013. She graduated from University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of medical science. Following which she spent 4 years at The University of Sydney studying to become a Dentist.

Dr Kara-Ali worked at Westmead Hospital-Centre For Oral Health. She was treating patients with various oral conditions. This included emergency, pediatric and medically compromised patients. During her residency at Westmead Hospital, she gained a wealth of knowledge working with specialist dentists and implementing protocols.

Dr Kara-Ali works extremely well with Kids. Both parents & children feel at ease under her guidance & care. This enables her to perform difficult procedures. She is a strong advocate of preventive dentistry, spending significant amount of her consults educating her patient.

When she’s not working, she enjoys cooking for her friends and family, reading and keeping in shape with jogging and kayaking

Dr Kara-Ali speaks English & Arabic fluently.

Eleene Chen

Mrs Eleene Chen joined the smile line dental team 5yrs ago. During this time she overlooked the day to day running of the surgery.

In the last few years, Eleene has been doing practice manager duties. She liaises with patients, dentists, staff and numerous authorities and professional bodies. Also, works behind the scenes on essential paperwork, the maintenance of the premises and the purchase of equipment and products.

Eleene has been in charge of patient coordination for many years and will be happy to take your call and answer any questions you may have. She coordinates appointment scheduling and financial arrangements.

Eleene enjoys the outdoor, camping , sky diving and travel.
